By using Dinner Decider™ you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Dinner Decider™ is a meal planning application that helps families plan dinners, breakfasts, lunches, snacks, lunchboxes, Shabbat menus, and holiday meals. A free trial is offered, followed by a paid subscription.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Monthly plan: $9.99/month
• Annual plan: $84.99/year
• A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the platform you use
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods; refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

5. Intellectual Property

Dinner Decider™ and all related content, including design, features, and trademarks, are owned by Braver Empire LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission. Dinner Decider™ is a registered trademark (application pending).

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy or reliability of meal suggestions generated by our AI feature or any third-party recipe or restaurant links.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. App Store Terms

If you downloaded this app from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If you downloaded this app from Google Play, your use is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
